How to Change Media in a Course
In ProProfs Training Maker, you can use a media file of your choice, such as Audio, Video, Image, Document, Spreadsheet, PowerPoint, as your chapter’s cover.
You can pick any image/video from our library, use in-built search engines such as Google or Pexels, or upload a local file.
Benefits of being able to add different media files:

Here’s what a chapter cover will look like:
To change media for a chapter:
Step 1: Click on ‘Change Media’ in the course editor. A window opens.
Step 2: You can follow the screenshot instructions in the overlay window.
1. Choose the type of media or upload a file. You can also embed media using embed code or a web link.
2. Use our library or search for images on Google or Pexels and videos on YouTube or Pexels.
3. When choosing an image, use different tabs to navigate files in various categories.
4. In the case of a video file, you can add a thumbnail of your choice.
You can remove the thumbnail by clicking on the delete icon.
5. You can enable/disable autoplay with just a click.
Step 3: Click ‘Done’ to save your changes.
That is all about changing the media file for your chapter’s cover.
